1.Service Refund
Once a service is booked and completed, no refund will be provided.
If the service is not delivered due to our issue, a full refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.
2. Product Refund (if applicable)
Refund is available only for damaged or wrong products.
Customers must request a refund within 48 hours of delivery.
Product must be unused and in original condition.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders/services can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
After 24 hours, cancellation charges may apply.
4.Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on bank/payment provider.
