1. Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or completed, cancellation will not be allowed.
2. Refund Policy
If payment has been made and the service is not delivered, a refund can be requested.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Some digital services that are already processed, activated, or delivered are non-refundable.
Customized or special services are also not eligible for refunds.
4. Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days.
